At TV Packet 4K, we believe 100% in our products and services. We work every day to provide the best experience possible and keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that our service may not be suitable for everyone, and this refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email and include your transaction or order number in the subject line with the title “Refund Request”.

In your message, clearly describe the issues you are facing and the reason for your refund request. In some cases, we may ask you to provide evidence related to the issue. We may also provide our own evidence, work logs, or observations to explain our decision in a transparent and detailed manner.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for technical issues unless you allow our support team sufficient time and opportunity to assist you and attempt to resolve the problem.

If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, a refund will be processed. You may contact our 24/7 live support at any time for assistance.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

If payment was made by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed and returned to the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 business days.

In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 business days to complete. These delays are outside of our control, as we are not the payment processor but only the IPTV service provider.

Each refund may take between 20 to 90 business days. This timeframe cannot be shortened. All refunds are handled by our payment processors after we verify the customer’s information.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available only for purchases made within 72 hours. Any refund requests made after this period may be partially refunded, depending on the subscription usage period.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The user is unable to properly set up their device, box, application, or system on their side. We provide full support and guidance, but setup issues related to user devices or configurations are beyond our control.
  • Temporary channel issues such as freezing, buffering, or channels not working. While our servers are generally stable, some channels may experience temporary issues that are actively monitored and resolved by our engineers.
  • Issues caused by fluctuations in the user’s internet connection.
  • Issues related to the user’s device, application, or general setup.
  • Issues caused by the user’s Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • Channels temporarily unavailable on the server side.
  • The user changes their mind or wishes to switch or retract their subscription or server choice.

Service Downtime Guarantee

If a user is unable to access their IPTV subscription for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a server issue or a problem caused by TV Packet 4K, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund for the affected package, or
  • Add the lost time to the subscription free of charge, along with an additional bonus to be agreed upon.
